Lillian Faithfull Homes new manager John Jabangwe

Lillian Faithfull Homes has appointed John Jabangwe as new manager of St. Faith’s Nursing Home in Cheltenham. John has joined the Lillian Faithfull Homes family from Crofters Lodge Hospital in Bristol with over 13 years experience in mental health care and four years experience of management roles. He started his new role on 1^st June 2010 and applauded the work already being done at St. Faith’s for the good of its residents.

John is passionate about high standards of patient care and is looking forward to working with the team at St. Faith’s. John says, “As new Manager I look forward working together with you all as one team sharing some of my knowledge and skills to help carry forward the vision of Lillian Faithful”.

A registered mental health nurse by profession with a BSc (Hons) in Health Studies John says he wants all staff “to reach out for support in patient care or mental health related matters pertaining to the patients in our care. I feel privileged to be part of the team  at St. Faith’s “

John is married and has two daughters.
