To establish this popular retail brand in a completely new market, driving awareness, trial, and sales in order to establish a viable business in the foodservice sector.
Strategy
Leapfrog advised the New York Bakery Company on the appropriate strategies and tactics needed to enter the foodservice sector. The Lunch Business Show was pivotal to the strategy, providing an opportunity to brief and sample all the key media covering this sector. Leapfrog also advised on the launch of two new products – Bagel Thins and a Schools Compliant Bagel.
