Most memorable meal: At the Capezzana Vineyard in Tuscany. It was the food we made in the morning in the cookery school – butternut squash soup, tempura artichokes, tagliatelle (home made of course) with kale pesto, duck breast in grape sauce with french beans, almond tart and lots of chianti classico!
